His expertise spans pre-purchase inspections, reactivation, manning, and asset management, ensuring seamless operations and strategic cost optimization.

Throughout his career, Capt. Rohit has worked closely with shipowners, brokers, and recycling yards worldwide, leveraging his vast network and technical proficiency to maximize asset value. His in-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance enables him to navigate complex industry challenges with precision and efficiency.

With a reputation for integrity, leadership, and hands-on expertise, Capt. Rohit continues to drive innovation in the shipping and recycling sector, ensuring long-term success for his clients and partners.

Mr. Hitesh Kava

Mr. Hitesh Kava brings a wealth of experience and specialized knowledge to the shipping industry, particularly in the area of ship management, safety, and compliance. His 18 years of expertise in ship stores and repair equipment, with a focus on Life-Saving Appliances (LSA) and Fire-Fighting Appliances (FFA), is impressive. Given his hands-on experience, he likely has a comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and manage safety equipment to meet rigorous international standards.

His approach, balancing cost-effectiveness with reliability, suggests he’s well-positioned to offer solutions that optimize both safety and operational readiness for vessels. Ensuring compliance with certifications for LSA and FFA is critical in maintaining safety across the shipping industry, and it’s clear that Mr. Kava plays a key role in enhancing this aspect for the vessels under his management.

Ms. Priyanka Budhkar

With over 5 years of experience in the ship recycling industry, she brings strong operational expertise and leadership to her role as Head of Operations at Seahawk Marine Solutions. Her work spans the full lifecycle of vessel recycling—from sale and purchase coordination to final handover at recycling yards—ensuring smooth execution, cost control, and full regulatory compliance.

She has played a key role in shaping internal systems and processes, including the development of operational manuals, HR policies, and compliance frameworks. Her diverse experience includes managing office administration, leading cross-functional teams, and coordinating with Marine Warranty Surveyors, underwriters, and classification societies.

Having worked closely with shipowners, brokers, vendors, and port authorities, she has developed a deep understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of ship dismantling projects. Her commitment to operational excellence, team management, and strategic planning continues to add value across all areas of Seahawk’s ship recycling operations.
